Cukup beberapa rutinitas sederhana namun konsisten, kita bisa menjalani hari dengan lebih terarah, berenergi, dan produktif. Pagi hari adalah waktu paling strategis untuk mengatur mood dan motivasi, karena mental masih segar dan belum banyak gangguan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sayangnya, banyak orang terbiasa terburu-buru di pagi hari. Padahal, meluangkan waktu sedikit saja untuk membentuk kebiasaan pagi yang membuat semangat dapat membawa dampak positif yang besar, baik untuk kesehatan fisik maupun emosional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kebiasaan-bangun-pagi-yang-membuat-semangat\">Kebiasaan Bangun Pagi yang Membuat Semangat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bangun lebih awal<br>Bangun sebelum matahari terbit memberi kita waktu tenang untuk menyambut hari.
